This policy explains what information Codenzic Innovations collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We keep it in plain language on purpose.

Information we collect
We only collect what we need to answer an enquiry, deliver a project or run our recruitment process.
- Contact details you submit through our enquiry or application forms
- Company, country, service interest and budget range you choose to share
- Recruitment information such as your resume, portfolio links and experience details
- Basic usage data such as pages visited and referring source, in aggregate
How we use your information
Enquiry data is used to respond to you, prepare a scope or proposal, and keep a record of our conversation.
Application data is used to assess your suitability for a role and to contact you about the process. We do not use it for marketing.
Why we are allowed to process it
We process personal data on the basis of your consent when you submit a form, and on the basis of legitimate interest when we respond to a business enquiry or maintain project records.
Where we act as a processor on behalf of a client, we handle data strictly under the terms of our agreement with them.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months unless a project starts, in which case they are retained for the life of the engagement and any statutory period after it.
Applications are kept for up to 12 months so we can contact you about future openings. You can ask us to delete them sooner.
How we protect it
Access is restricted to team members who need it, systems are protected with authentication and encryption in transit, and production data is separated from development environments.
No system is perfect. If a breach affects your data, we will notify you and the relevant authority as required.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@codenzic.com and we will respond within 30 days.
